Torcana is a Dublin & Florida based investment specialist which promotes a variety of real estate investments in the USA (primarily Florida) and solar energy investments in Italy & Germany.

Our products are always completed, conservative and cash flow positive. Our focus is on established and affluent areas with strong domestic rental and resale demand.

Many Torcana investments are sourced at great prices from distressed developers, and we only deal with those have all of the fundaments in place (location, pricing, unit size, build quality, interior fittings, amenities, transport links & management).

The founders of Torcana Ltd are:

Colin Murphy, Director

Colin is a well known industry commentator and has over 10 years experience in sales, marketing, consultancy and product development. He began his career in The Irish Times London office before moving onto property industry pioneer Globespan Media (formerly Blendon Communications) where he held a variety of senior sales and managerial positions in their London, Dublin and Madrid offices. In 2006 he founded a successful Emerging Market Investment consultancy.

David Shaw, Sales Manager

David comes from a very strong management and investment background and brings over 15 years of experience to the team. In addition to a variety of project management positions held overseas, he has established several successful Dublin based companies in the past.

Kathryn Andrew, Office Manager

Kathryn comes from an accounting and finance background and has extensive administrative experience. Before joining Torcana she was responsible for coordinating the finance and administrative activities of a wide range of overseas subsidiaries and construction projects for an emerging market developer.
