Before receiving detailed information on any of our bulk property listings (floorplans, lease agreements, basic accounts, location maps etc), we would require you to sign a confidentiality & non circumvent agreement.
Before an offer is submitted on your behalf we would require both a letter of intent and a proof of funds, either directly from the purchaser or a lawyer representing the purchaser. Please note that most of our clients require interested parties to demonstrate an ability and willingness to complete witin 21-28 days.
