Florida property bargain hunters looking to take advantage of distressed residential stock and cheap Florida property prices are increasingly being offered bus tours of distressed Florida property assets.

On offer are luxury properties on new developments with discounts of up to 70% compared to market peak prices recorded in 2007.

More prospective USA property investors are being offered the chance to take a bus tour around bargain homes in Florida in a bid to boost sales and further help reduce the glut of homes in the state.

One tour driver told the Sun-Sentinal newspaper: "People don't have to be rich to invest in foreclosures, but they must have some savings."
Various reports show that domestic and international demand to buy properties in Florida is improving, with Florida home prices showing greater signs of stability.

Similar bargain hunting bus tours have been held in other parts of the world, such as Spain, and could now spread across the country in an attempt to boost U.S. property sales.
