What types of property are we currently promoting?
United Kingdom
We have been working with our regular high net worth clients for about 7 or 8 weeks on a variety of off market deals. However, as of today, our website has a list of over 15 UK investments ranging in price from £164,000 (Maidstone, Kent) up to £7.4 million (30 units in Putney, London SW17). Available discounts from 2009 valuations can range from 10-50%.
The first paragraph in a financial times article two weeks ago summed it up very nicely: "opportunities in the UK market are undeniable, given yields of almost 8% being offered on quality real estate and pricing of trophy assets far below the long term average".

USA
We are now actively marketing over a dozen high quality real estate developments through out the metro Orlando area, including a wide selection of single family homes, which have lower monthly fees and a higher possibility of receiving mortgage finance.
Today we are launching a small selection of foreclosed Orlando properties that are pre-tenanted, providing a guaranteed income stream starting the same week you close on the property. A bulk buyer is selling these properties at a huge loss, so it's a very rare opportunity to get the best of both worlds - i.e. distressed property prices without the need to locate and wait for tenants to move in.
